I spent two miserable nights dealing with a malfunctioning AC. It was unbearable—sweating through my sheets was not part of the plan! To top it off, the restroom was disgustingly dirty, with mold everywhere. When I asked for clean towels, the staff made me feel like a nuisance. It’s outrageous that this hotel is carrying the Holiday Inn name!

I had a pretty rough stay. The room had dirty grout and an inoperable ice machine, yet the bed was comfortable and I felt safe in the parking lot.

The front desk helped me get the phone to work when I needed it, but I had trouble with the wake-up call—neither the room phone nor the alarm clock did the job. It was a bit frustrating, but the comfort of the bed made it a decent stay overall.
